Just curious, my truck is in the shop for a fuel pump and I noticed on summit, a direct replacement is $150!!! I wanted to know if anyone knows if there is something odd about the in tank pumps, or if I could just use something like Aeromotive. BTW truck is a 93 I6 300.

 

They're probably selling a whole FDM - not just a pump. I replaced mine for ~$100 from NAPA. Click my signature link & look in the EFI Fuel Pump album.
