cylinder head torque specs?

I have a 97 f 150 with the 4.6l V8, I had the heads off due to a bent valve, they are back on the truck now but not tight, Im looking to the torque specs on the head bolts.

In three steps - first to 27-31 ft/lbs, then 90 degrees, then another 90 degrees. Work from the center outwards.
