Question intake and exhaust?? K&N/Volant? Magna/Borla?

What you guys think? I want power and quality, also need a reputable place to buy these parts. Are any of the catback systems bolt-on I could do in my driveway?

Go with Mike Troyer and Troyer Performance. Mike will set you up right with an Air Force 1 Intake and Magnaflow exhaust. You will not be dissapointed. I wasn't.

Why does Borla cost more?

BORLA. I deal with very salty roads all winter in Ohio,
The most commonly used metals in the manufacture of exhaust systems is mild steel, aluminized steel or an inferior 409-grade of stainless. BORLA uses only Aircraft Quality T-304 Stainless Steel. It costs more than the other lesser grades of steel. To cut, bend, and hand weld T-304 grade Stainless Steel takes special equipment too. A BORLA is actually very cost effective when you take into account the fact that most exhaust systems will need replacement within 18 months to 4 years while a BORLA exhaust is designed to last the life of your vehicle.
Here's a picture of a 2-month old magnaflow pipes off my brothers 05 Mustang GT (and they weren't even exposed to salt yet)

Not sure where you are in mass but in going to be in boston all day tomorrow and then driving back to albany if you would like to hear a borla cat back. I went with borla for the simple fact that eveyone has the blowmaster stuff and its cheap and i think you get what you pay for. I bought mine from a exhaust shop on ebay got it for half the cost and did it in the driveway. ill try to send you an email through this site with my cell #.
