Just disreguard this if you don't have a 5.4 Liter.
If You do, The IAC is the the part circled (apparently) It's about $40 to replace at almost any automotive store (Discount, Autozone etc.) Or You could clean the sensors (After Unbolting) With Electrical Contact Cleaner...
It's due from a prolonged build up of carbon dust coming from your Engine, therefore if cleaned, it will only last you so long.

Cleaning only delays the problem. It helps at first but ends up faulting again. I cleaned mine on my 01 and it became a problem after a month. I remember a while back somebody was selling them on ebay for around 10-20 bucks. I remember a guy on here bought like 3 or 4 to stock up. They are usually around 40 bucks to replace.
