Starter wiring diagram??

Im installing a starter... and im having trouble re-running the wires to it. Is there anywhere I can get a repair manual or a starter wiring diagram for free??

You might try the local library or see if Haynes/Chilton books have the diagram. Also, try local electric shops; I doubt if they would share with you but it's worth a try.

I also purchased a CD (Auto Zone) for another car I owned; for 19.95, you could register 1 vehicle and wiring diagrams were on the CD.

Good luck

Someone here might be able to post them.

Otherwise, sometimes when I went to PepBoys or AutoZone, there would be a Hayne's manual that was out of the packaging that you could look at. There are wiring diagrams in the back of the Hayne's manual. Although if you need to reference it later this doesnt help you much.

But for under $15 the Haynes manual is a good investment if you ask me.

Did you get the schematic yet? I have a set of Ford Shop Manuals for the '97 and I can post them here if you need it.

Just let me know.

Daniel,

Some parts stores have the reference in their database and will print up the schematics for you. here in Canada Parts Source has this service. I think that Autozone in the US has it.
