Look at the chart at the bottom of page 7 of the article. It lists the TRUCK 97-99 Windsor block (code 6) as having a 6 bolt crank. That is where I saw it. I believe all Windsor cranks for that year truck engine had the 8 bolt crank.
No big deal, I liked the article. It is informative.

timing problem

i have a 02 5.4L in my truck with 75k miles and it vibrates in park not bad but it is noticable. what should i do

Try starting a fresh thread. You just asked a question on 4 year old thread that probably has nothing to do with your problem. That said you probably need a tune up.
