1991 F150 Maf Location Please

1991 F150 Maf Location Please

I have a 1991 F150 with a 5.8
Can someone tell me where the MAF sensor is located?

you don't have a mass air flow sensor,you have a manifold absolute pressure sensor in the intake.i'm not sure on it though.if you do have an maf it'll be on the plastic intake tubes close to the airbox.

Whitey Is right. There is no Mass Air flow sensor in these trucks. There's a MAP (Manifold Absoloute Pressure) Oxygen, And even An IAC (Idle Air Contol motor) But not Mass air flow. If you're having a problem with the way it's running, post your symptoms and we'll do our best

I have a 93 F-150 w/5.8 and the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor is located on the left rear portion of the engine firewall. It has a few vacuum lines coming out from it.

Yes, these trucks use a Speed Density system, which uses the MAP sensor. It reads vacuum from the intake manifold.

Like already mentioned, it's located on the firewall on the passenger side and looks like this. Mine is mounted with the connector and vacuum line pointing towards the front of the truck.
