I'm thinking about porting/polishing a set of heads, and maybe if possible an intake (MOPAR) ((Sorry)). I've never done this, and probably have the tools to do so, but just don't want to screw up a set of heads. I've thought about getting a cracked head to practice on (I actually had one, but sold it on an engine just to close it up). But I guess my question is, has anyone done this? Was it a big PIA? If I take it to someone what should I expect to pay for a set of heads?

and any other observations, experiences, comments, recommendations are welcome.
