Did you use Motorcraft parts?

Check the compression in 7. If it's good, swap plug, then swap cop, then injector with another cylinder to see if the misfire moves.

Got rid of misfire code with Electrical cleaner at connectors. Compression test good all cylinders 150 psi., still have rough idle after warm up, going to check oil pressure again to rule out losing oil pressure at bearings throughout engine. Suggestions from other mechanics say orieleys phaser go bad within the hour, so I'm at a lose until I do oil psi test.

When you do a timing job on a Ford 3 valve, you should use only Motorcraft parts, with the exception of a Melling high volume oil pump. If the O'Reilly phasers are Dorman, those are junk.
