got a 2006 f150 turned 175000 miles and quit running, dont seem to be a fuel issue. Sprayed starter fluid and same thing just turns over and wont fire up.

Almost 171K...I never thought it would make it this far! Its transported my sons and our Scout Troop on countless weekend camping trips, and 9 summer camps up and down California and Oregon. I guess I'm in like with my truck again! It burns about a Quart of Oil every 750-1K miles...but it still looks pretty good...

Mine just was in the shop for some TLC. 250,000 miles and needed a new lower intake manifold gasket, new valve cover gaskets, plugs, and that pesky fuel pressure control regulator (because it was MUCH easier to get to with all that other stuf out of the way). Oh, and rear axle shaft bearings (bleah).

MANY Scout trips and many of those pulling the Boy Scout trailer. Used to worry about pulling it with my 4.2L V6, until I realized the other folks with Durangos had a smaller V-8 with less torque than my 4.2L. Only wish it had been a true 4-door because the Extended Cab got a little tight as those Scouts got older!

07 King Ranch

116,000 still looks and drives like new. Just sold my 1998 FX4 4.6l with 306,000. Was still running on original engine/trans when sold. Great trucks both.

291,133 on my 2004 FX4! All my miles too. I may be on my 4th automatic tranny (long story full of ford bs and drama), but except for alternators and batteries the rest is still original. Just use a Flashpaq 1841 to put an 87 octane tune in it and honestly it has never run better. Oh, I do have the DWV CAI too. Works great.
