I had 139,000 om the 97 5.4 I just sold. Still ran great. Replaced plugs and 1 coil pach at 131,000.

Biggest problem was the exaust manifolds were falling apart and needed replaced. I had the cats connected to the manifolds with c-clamps.....

I'm about to be there in the next month or so...at 92,000 on a 2005, and I bought it last October with 53,000, lol. This was a light year, normally I do over 50,000 miles in a year. And she's still running strong, 18-22 mpg and about to get some upgrades (exhaust, intake, tuner, suspension, wheels).

118,000 it's a 2001 XCab 4x4 with the 4.6L. Not many problems at all (knock on wood). I changed a couple coil packs, and just put a pinion seal in rear end, and a DPFE sensor in it, but other than that it's been fine since new.
Recently it has a slight skipping problem (that I don't think is coil related this time) but I'll post that elsewhere. Hopefully it'll see a lot more miles!

Talking 216,000+

I have over 216,000 miles on my truck which is a 2000 v6 xlt super cab, poor thing, I run it hard and still love it, other than maintenance the only thing I have replaced so far is the water pump, and plugs and wires at 150,000 (i know.. what a bad girl) but shes still going strong, I know it will need more soon but same old story.... m o n e y ... lol

182k+

This is one club I never thought I'd join. About 182,000 on my 98 4x2. Rebuilt tranny at about 100k, which was a factory defect I never got fixed. And just replaced the differential pinion seal. Other than that a top notch truck.

I've had the front tire shake problem about 40 mph which comes and goes, did the cruise control recall and have the starter issue that kind of grinds when there is pressure on the wheel when parked(my next fix).

Had one major tune up about 100k and about to have another, regular oil changes. Runs very well uses a little oil, but is clean and tight other wise. Don't want to buy another truck now so I'm looking at possible engine and drivetrain options for down the road.

Planning on replacing all the bushings and doing some more maintenance to keep her running. It's been a great truck!!
