Anything you can do to a V8, you can do to a V6.

But the best mods for the money will be a programmer with custom tunes, underdrive pullies, efans, intake, exhaust, and a light right foot.

Welcome to the board, a d make sure to post up some pics of your truck sometime.

Definitely look into custom tunes. It's pricey, but the performance is night and day difference.

Don't go with Superchips. They don't work well on our trucks.

Contact Troyer Performance or VMP Tuning and ask then about the Xcal 2 or Xcal 3, with custom tunes. Those will yield you the most power and MPG increase for your money. They also allow you to adjust certain parameters, such as adjusting for a new tire size and different gears.

You won't be disappointed.

Slap on some 35's and some slow masters and some dale earnhardt stickers.

Those number 8's make you faster.

I love the faint ithinkican sound of v6 dual exhaust.

I have a 2004 Reg Cab, short bed. I want to lower the rear end to level it out.
I have a K&N air filter, and a flow master muffler for better mileage. If cared about power, I would drive my 09 4x4 SuperCrew with that 5.4.
