and x2 on that meet-up. ill be living about 2 miles away at the commons. its a gated apartment community on west tharpe street. kinda good since i think my truck and my buddy's modded Firebird would be targets in Tally. however, seeing that your truck makes it through makes me feel better.

I've never had a problem with my truck in Tally. People just stare at my truck because its loud, doesn't sound like a V8, and doesn't look stock appearance wise. Ha. I can't wait to go the junkyard on Monday and put a rear bumper back on the truck. It's been a year since I've had a bumper.

You might be whiter than me. What color is your truck? Mine is a super dark green and it looks black at night. We need to get the trucks lined up for an F150 Tallahassee meet picture.

Notice you haven't seen any passenger side pictures of my truck either? The paint on both sides of the bed is kind of bad, it needs to be wet sanded a bit more and my passenger side door and fender are messed up and cost a bit of money to fix.
He has a 07 with electronic throttle and 4.10 gears. He also drives worse than my grandmother.
i was told by my salesman that 08 was the first year for electronic throttle on the f150. anybody every have it go into "LIMP MODE?" i have. it scares the **** outta ya. rev limiter at 2500rpms but sounds like **** above 2k almost like you lost 4 cylinders(mine is a 4.2L). and you cant go above 35mph, just doenst give you enough power to go over it. just shut it off and start it up and its fine. happened in 5 degree F temps just once.

You are correct. The 04 NBS V8s had electronic throttle only because they didn't make a V6 unless it was the Heritage model. 04 Heritage = Regular cable driven throttle 04 NBS = Electronic.
