3.5L Ecoboost Rev Clunk. Help!!!

When ecoboost engine is first started it makes a clunk noise when rpms come to idle. Once truck is revved to 2000+ rpm and returns to ~1500 rpm and more pedal is then applied to bring it back to 2000+ the noise happens. As you can see in the video the truck is kept in this range with multiple clunks to exhibit the clunk. Once the truck returns to idle (~500+) at the end does it as well. This happens constantly while driving and slowing to a stop or when coasting and pressure is applied. The dealer supposedly fixed issue by changing the bov but problem persists. Any help would be appreciated.

Truck is 2014 FX4 supercrew with no aftermarket parts and only 17k miles.

of course vids can be deceiving but IMHO.....timing chain tensioners......especially with a turbo'd engine, very dangerous potential for catastrophic failure.

I don't think that's a timing chain sound, especially with only 17k on the clock. Look up TSB 14-0194 to see the test procedure for the timing chain stretch. Typically there's a code or two thrown. If you have an OBD Bluetooth adapter download the app FORScan. The free version will only show one item at a time but it does allow you to check the parameter listed in the TSB.
