98 4.2 imrc codes

I recently took off the intake manifold on my truck to see if I have had any major blow by while the truck was started, put the manifold back on, drove it for about 20 minutes and the check engine light came on, when I reset the computer and drive it on the highway the light stays off until its under 2000 rpms for some time, got the codes from it saying my actuator is stuck open, and both air banks are stuck open too, any ideas?

I'm thinking either the gromets are bad on the IMRC and allowed the rods to come loose or they are not hooked up at all (the rods). Or you could have creates a vac leak which can also cause those codes.
