ecoboost plugs

So I bought my 12 ecoboost f150 with 46,000 miles and it has a small skip and getting around 13-14mpg so according to most post this is due to spark plugs. Whats the best plugs to run and is .30 the right gap? Also what else should I change since I'm not sure if anything has been done before I haul the 30ft tt on a road trip?

I'm running the latest version of the Motorcrafts, I don't remember the number. I had them gapped to .032" but have moved them up to .035" and seem to get a little bit better mileage. At 46k the usual filters etc should be changed and the fluids checked. I would check the brake pads to see how much life is left in them but they should be fine.
