Long time reader, first time post user.

I have a 2010 F150 4.6 V3, and when crusing at high way speeds and then accelerating I hear a gurgling sound, or even accelerating hard, from a stop. Any thoughts

 

The best way to troubleshoot this is to get an experienced technician to ride along with you and listen. Almost impossible to give you suggestions over the Internet from your description.

You posted in the V-6 forum, by the way - last I looked the 4.6 was a V-8.
