I noticed a few small drops on the floor in the garage, under my wife's 08 Mustang V-6. After looking under the engine, I suspect the water pump is leaking coolant on to the harmonic balancer and slinging coolant around.

What do you think?

Any chance of this being covered by the powertrain warranty?

That's what it looks like to me but then again you never know until you actually get a confirmed diagnosis.

The water pump was the culprit. It was replaced under the powertrain warranty. (The thermostat was replaced 6 months ago)
