Water Pump 4.9L

Ok all I'm new, also a new owner. I bought a 1990 F-150 as a project and am looking for a little advice. I am not a mechanic but someone will be helping me. My current question is this when I cahnage the waterpump what else should I replace along the way on that little project.

I would also include the thermostat, radiator boilout/pressure test & repair (since you have to pull it anyway), clutch fan, idler pulley & definitely consider the tensioner pulley & tensioner itself- with the system drained, you might also want to have boiled/tested the heat exchanger with the radiator.
