2000 ford f150 fuel pump problems
Not sure but i'm thinking fuel pump because, without warning my truck wouldn't start after just running fine not 20 minutes prior to this. When we tried to start it it would act like it was out of gas then we let it sit for maybe 45 mins. then it started and stayed running for about a week with no problems but when driving it, as you slow down or come to a stop it acts like it wants to die but it doesn't. Now it has stalled while driving and wouldn't start back up, so changed the filter, it started and ran for a day, and now it wont start up at all!
PLEASE HELP!!

You've taken the right steps, changing fuel filter. It is most likely the fuel pump. Not too tough to drop the tank and replace it. Just be sure you inspect the inside of the fuel tank with a flashlight to verify there isn't corrosion forming in the tank lining or the replacement fuel pump won't last long.
You should be able to leave the driver's door open and hear the fuel pump come on when you turn the ignition on. If you are still trying to drive it, you might be able to listen if the fuel pump is on at the times it doesn't start.
Matter of time before the fuel pump quits altogether.
