I would imagine your best bet would be finding a kit for the Mustang and making it work on the F150... I seriously doubt there will be much of an aftermarket following for the 3.7 specific to the F150. Most people buying that engine are placing performance dead last in their priority list.
Yes the EB is my choice of engines, but I like the XLT Custom Package body trim much better than the XLT or the FX. Also, I am not crazy about the steel gray interior this year. So I was thinking get the appearance that I want and do a little Ford approved work on the 3.7L and I would have the truck I want.
I'll hit the Mustang forums and see what they have, but I was wondering if any F150 folks had 'beat me to the punch'.

Nah, still such a new engine for the F150 line up. Only member on here I can think of that has one is Wittom. But I agree with what was mentioned, probably not much of a market for SC\TC for that engine.

For the price of a supercharger on a 3.7 you could get a 5.0 or the EB and use the money to buy katskinz leather or Wet Okole seat covers and be way ahead financially. I think there are a few interior pieces that are different in the Custom Package, you could order those from a Ford dealer and still be ahead.
No supercharger system that I am aware of keeps your factory warranty in effect for the full term. Some of the Ford Racing stuff only give you 12 months.
I'd be surprized if someone came up with a system for the 3.7. It's already a high compression motor. I don't know that there is much room for boosting, unless you want to invest a bunch of money. The other engine options should satisfy most people's need for speed (or power as the case may be).
I don't expect to see much in the way of mods for the V6. I'd personally like to see a flash tuner to tweek some of the factory dulling. Other than that I don't think I'll be trying to turn my V6 into a speedster. I've got to get my Ranger idea going soon. A light weight turbo four banger.
Procharger is making a supercharger for the 3.7 in the mustang....I'm pretty sure it wouldn't take much to modify it for the F-150, but be prepared, the supercharger alone is around $5,600 without the installation, the company also sells a powertrain warranty to go along with it.

My ordered 3.7 came in last week. 300 miles so far. You are correct, I bought it for MPG. If I want performance, I ride my motorcycle or my sleds. I am 59 now and thinking fixed income in early retirement are tops on my priority list. I may be last but not dead.
Chris, now you know 2 on the forum, Wittom and myself.
