i agree. my truck is a little weird since i put my CAI on it. normal at startup. if i get on it then push in clutch, my truck will go down to 400 to 500 rpms f really quick then come back up to 1k a few times. it never stalls but it comes close. but normal driving then push clutch, it is fine. i just shift into whatever gear it needs and let it coast to keep the rpms from diving.

dont know what mine idels at via i have no tach lol... but it is louder at start up then once it is warm you can barely here it runing i love it. but arnt all gases this way. idle high till they warm up. actually both mom and dads powerstrokes do this. idle at about 750 when cold but when warm idle at around 600... and when the escape is cold it ervs all the way up to 2000 when first started and very very slowly comes down and when warm idles at 750 or so. so im thinking every engine is like this.........

well i dont have efans. but i couldnt imaginemine warming up much quicker. i start it in the morning and then feed the dog and leave. runs for about a minute is all before i leave and by then it is already starting to warm up. then i have 2 miles on gravel to drive to get to the highway and by the time im at teh highway it is fully warm. so all in the matter of 4 mins maybe. and when i drive the gravel i dont rev it high to get it towarm up faster. so icant imagine it being much faster...
