i rescently stated that when i wash my truck it loses power for a little bit
well it rained an inch last night and this morning i got scared halfway off of my road and came back

my truck was really loosing power and at 2-3 rpms, it would surge

i took it home and sprayed down all of the plug wires and some other showing wires that were wet with wd40

it did a little bit but not much

anyway at idle i can hear this click its in rythym and its coming from the passenger side

i think its a plug wire

do you think that may be it???

if so how much would it cost me to buy some and change them out

 

also i failed to mention my engine light was blinking when i was goin down the road

 

change your plugs and wires... its time. Do motorcraft plugs and wires.

Then get the code scanned most auto parts stores will do that for free now.

After you know what the problem is then you can fix it.

How long has it been since you have had your plugs and wires changed?

 

ive never done it but their aftermarket plugs and the wires are stock
im gonna knock all that out this weekend
