P1151 - Which O2 Sensor is bad

I'm getting the P1151 code in a replacement engine. What 02 sensor is bad? Pre Cat/Post Cat/Drivers or Passengers?

Its the front one on the driver side that the code is making reference too. Not sure that replacing the 02 will fix the problem.
