Post Error Codes

Howdy Gentleman (and ladies),

There was a post recently about a little trick that ford put in the odometer gauge. It reads to you everything such as mph, kmh, fuel, and stuff like that, insideair temperature. Cool stuff. Another thing it does it gives you error codes. I recieved two of these. One which was

9202 Fuel sender open circuit
9356 Ignition run circuit open

Also, during the oil pressure reading, i got 0.00 the entire time on a 5 mile cruise to check this thing out. Here is the link for this feature. Before you go out and do it, the accesory function is the click BEFORE you turn on your car, the mustangs it is to the left of when you first put your key in.

Do any of you guys have any clue as to what those errors were? I would greatly appreciate it.

This is weird, the 9202 code has now been turned off. but the other code, 9356 is still on. I don't get it. I have one other question, what is the optimal temperature for my truck in both celcius and farenheit? I have been running around 92-95 Degrees Celsius. How do i convert that to Farenheit?
I appreciate it,

Travis

Just guessing but those would make since. When you turn the ignition switch on it opens the fuel sender circuit and the igntion circuit. Just a hunch.

Hi Paco. Here's a conversion for Celsius to Fahrenheit. Multiply Deg.C by 9,divide by 5 and add 32. For the other way around, F=C,subtract 32 from Deg.F,multiply by 5 and divide by 9. Its exact. Hope this helps.
