Installing 2001-03 4.2 in a 1997?

I am working on a 1997 F-150 2wd automatic with low oil pressure.
I have found a good 2003 4.2 engine.
Will the longblock interchange using all of the 1997 external accessories?
Can I use the 97 harmonic balancer and flexplate on the 03 engine?
Will I have to change the lower intake and will it fit?
Can I swap the heads from the 97 to the 03 engine if the intakes are not interchangeable?
Any other tips would be helpful.
Thanks-Jeff

send a PM or email to Raptor05121. His 98 hydrolocked and he put an 02 in there....he should be able to answer your questions.
