Arrow putting a 5.0 into a 99 v6 f-150

im looking to do a 5.0 swap into an 99 v6 f-150...i did it in a ranger but they had specific mounts made for the cross member....Does anyone kno what or if id have to get a diff cross member or if all i have to do is drill new holes in the cross member for the mounts??? please someone either pm or get back to me...im only confused on the the mounting of the engine...everything else im good with and ill for sure post up some pics...

id take a look at V6F150.com and/or v6power.net someone might have done the swap before!

Cut to the chase and go with a Lightning engine.

You're going to want more power than a 5.0L can give anyway...

5.0 is cheaper and has a ton more parts for it.

a 5.4l L engine would require changing more than you might think.

u can do plenty with a 5.0
