2001 highly modified built L with very low miles, priced to move

It pains me to finally do it but I have come to terms with reality. Many people on this site probably think I sold this truck a long time ago. Truth is, I never could pull the trigger. Well with 1 young child, and another now on the way, I have come to terms with the fact I can not give this truck the attention she deserves. The truck has been living in my garage for over 2 years now, being driven on the rare occasion. The truck itself only has 35k miles, and the built motor has less than 4k. I will go into detail in just a moment about the modifications to the best of my memory, but I first wanted to state something. This truck was my toy. I didnt use it as a daily driver, and although it could easily be made into one, I want it to be clear I am selling you a toy. I dont want someone to buy this truck with the intention of giving to their wife or kid or something. This truck deserves a fate like it had in my hayday, going unbelievably fast and making someones heart race. As I said this truck was a toy. I have removed alot of stock parts over the years, and while I still have most of them, there will be a few that I no longer have(ie the rear bumper, storage box behind the seat). I have put every stock part and many aftermarket bits in the bed of the truck and the person that buys it is free to all I have. I will list the mod list to the best of my ability, I am probably forgetting a couple things. Built Motor .020 bore over(built locally by Jason Steen of Steen Racing. Forged rods and pistons and APR bolts) Ported heads with comp cams, oversized valves, new springs etc. Ported Eaton Blower SCT BigAir MAF SBTB 60lb injectors new fuel pumps Cobra R waterpump Ported intake plenum JLT custom intake, with ports for meth kit Snow Kit(partially installed) Dynatech Headers Hi flow cats Magnaflow catback 8lb lower pulley Oversized intercooler Reservoir Battery Relocate JDM front drag springs Strange adjustable rear shocks 2" lowering shackles Valve Body LFP long bar traction bars Lund Rear bumper with SS sidesteps Boost gauge and switches in cab for intercooler pump and fan EGR delete SCT handheld tuner with custom tuning(custom tuning from Ed Clark) BedRug 160 degree thermostat driveshaft safety loop 4x4 tranny pan It is a 2001 and was originally black, but was painted sonic blue several years ago. Title is free and clear of course. I am going to list this truck at $13,000. This is below the blue book value of a stock 2001 Lightning. I am doing this for two reasons. I want the truck to be driven again by someone who can give it attention, and I want it to sell without a long delay as that would give me too much time to change my mind and I need to do this for my family. The truck is not registered, inspected, or insured so any serious buyer needs to trailer it to its destination. It runs fine and I have done little more than drive it around my neighborhood the last couple years. I dont have any dyno numbers for you sorry as the last number I committed to memory is when I had a Kenne Bell on it and it made 600 whp. With the ported blower Im not sure the exact numbers, but you would retune it yourself anyway so that doesnt really matter.
