2002 F150 SCREW Lifted w/mods

2002 Ford F150Supercrew FX4 off road with 85,xxx original miles. Has been very well maintained and mechanic owned. Oil changed every 5,000 miles with Mobil 1 since I purchased the truck in 2006 with 29,000 on the clock.
The truck is in overall good condition with the exceptions of a cracked windshield and some chips/scratches and blems in the paint (some could be rubbed out, some need touch up paint). New parts inclue a new battery February 2009, Rear driveshaft u-joints July 2009, Complete front steering/suspension overhaul (upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, adjusting sleeves, pitman arm, idler arm, Lf wheel bearing, cv axles, and front brakes) August 2010. This truck is equipped with a 5" rough country X series lift kit with a little extra from the torsion bars. 2 rear leafs were added to each side to aid in the sagging *** it had after the lift was installed. It sits on 37X12.50R17 Goodyear MT/R's (tires in good to fair condition) with cruiser alloy wheels. Gears were swapped out for 4.10's front and rear to compensate tire height and does not lag off the line like most lifted trucks. The front open carrier was replaced with a Eaton Detroit Locker Truetrac limited slip and the rear axle has the factory Ford Traclok with additional clutches for more traction. Other than the work to the axles the powertrain is original. The transmission was flushed with synthetic Mercon V at 45,000 miles and a BG fuel injection service done at the same time. As for the other mods: AFE Dry Flow Cold Air Intake, Aero Turbine muffler, and performance rotors. If sold for the asking price of $12,700 I will include : Hypertech Max Energy tuner (currently installed in truck), an extra set of shocks (made for the lift), Magnaflow High flow cats (never got around to install), 2 extra 37x12.50R17 Goodyear MT/R's (one good condition, one roller spare?), and a painted matching fiberglass tonneau cover.
Thanks for looking
Chuck

Truck has been a daily driver Passy Pavement Pounder. Once a year a trip to the Silver Lake sand dunes. Other than that truck has seen mud one time to get my deer from a field 4 years ago.
