Opinions requested- used 2004 Lariat price

Hi guys;

Need some opinions from you 2004+ experts ...

Saw a 2004 f150 Supercrew Lariat 4x2, 139" WB, 3.55 LS, completely loaded, leather, etc, 169,000 km (approx 100k miles), asking $18k Canadian.

It's very clean, straight and appears to be well maintained - all highway miles. Runs very well.

Does this sound at all reasonable? I'm wondering about the maintenance aspect as well - what will need to be replaced soon at that mileage, even though it's over a relatively short time.

Dont know if this will help, but just paid 26k US dollars out the door for a brand new Lariat Supercab with similar options, brand new.
