Is this a good price?

I would appreciate any opinions on the following price that I was recently quoted. I am currently serving in Iraq (third tour) and the Post Exchange has a vehicle purchase program that is offering to sell me a 2006 Regular Cab FX4 with the towing package, mirror package, Audiphile upgrade and two tone paint for $24,459. This includes delivery and prep. The quoted MSRP is 33,635. Each vehicle is ordered from the factory - there is no stock on hand but it is guaranteed to be delivered to a local dealer by the time I return to the states. Does this sound reasonable? I have tried getting price quotes from local dealers in Texas but all I get is the usual non-committed salesman double talk.

That is just about what i paid for an 05 STX 4x4 Scab with the tow package. That was my out the door price. The dealer was had a sticker of 32k and some change.
