I am thinking of getting a Expedition and would like to wait a while (like Sept). However, the 0% interest sounds good coming from Ford and I could probably purchase one right now if it would be worth the savings. My question is will Ford come down on the sticker significantly even if I want the 0%? They talk about $3000 rebate or 0% finacing. Can I expect any discount with 0%?
I understand what your asking. All i can say is...you will not know for yourself until you actually talk/sit down with dealer and crunch the #s. That dosent mean you have to buy it.
Ford says one thing but also seems to me it could be dealer specific. They may/maynot deviate from whats being advertised? So, go find out JMO!
scott go to Edmunds.com..there you can do price comparison for your region..seems that what you pay and the taxes you pay for it are public record and they access state data bases to determine the average price paid for your type of vehicle in your local..they also can add up all the options your interested in so you.ll know what your looking for
Thanks for the responses. I will have to check out Edmunds.Com. I really want to wait until Sept. but didn't want to pass up a good deal. Just don't know if I can spare the time to visit a dealor (wife is due any day and I still have a million things to do). I'm also considering the new F150 wanted to see and drive both vehicles before I made a decision. But again that 0% keeps coming to mind. I have read a little about dealors wanting sticker price with the 0%. Many are saying that getting a low interest rate with a discount is better. But most all articles were old news.
Dealers over here will do AT LEAST invoice and 0%. Your not going to get the rebate and 0% but if you are trading something you may be able to cut a good deal, let us know how it turns out man.
Dealors invoice and 0%, now that has peaked my interest. Edmunds.Com was a good site but all prices where over invoice. Looks like I need to hurry up and go. May 5 deadline is nearing.
At www.edmunds.com you get the MSRP price and the invoice price. You have to click on the type of vehicle (Eddie Bauer, etc) and then click on price with options. It will give you the MSRP and invoice price for the vehicle you want along with options. This will give you a good idea on how much you will have to pay...
Edmunds.com is good for reviews and pictures, but if you want a good acurate breakdown of invoice/msrp then go to www.kbb.com and price your truck out and every option you want. That way you will have that plus the option codes to work with. Good Luck.

Both Kelley Blue Book and Edmunds give a good accurate breakdown of invoice/msrp along with the option codes... It really just depends on which one you are confortable with.
