It wasn't. You would've already received notification that you were selected.... and, btw, I'm going to remove the photo you posted because it's HUGE -- no disrespect - you've got a nice truck; the photo is just WAY too big.

Because we didn't pick your truck. Qualifications were the staff's opinions...

Yes. They will be visible THROUGHOUT the voting. Further, each member will be able to see who voted for who.

Each of the three moderators selected 5 deserving trucks, then we pared it down to what is remaining. There are many more that each of us could have picked, but there had to be an arbitrary cut off somewhere.

I like this idea. Awesome. For some reason, the rule for the 3 way tie sounds really familiar.

This sounds awesome, up until this part. I have no problem with it personally, but knowing some members on this site, I can see this becoming an issue.

You should be able to see how many voted for each truck, but not who each member actually votes for. Leave that up to the voter, if they want to tell everyone or not.

I realize you already have this under way, and I am chiming in at the last minute, I just thought I'd mention it anyways. I will betcha that will cause a problem with some memebers. Feeling their "friend" "dissed" them or whatever the heck you want to call it.

Oh well, I got plenty of popcorn !

MT - can you elaborate on why it's not a good idea? Think someone will get their toes stepped on?

I agree with MT but at the same time, to the people that it will create a problem with, I say grow up.

I think reasons should be listed as to why they were nominated, like do they have a sweet lifted truck, does it have the biggest rims, the owner is always helpful to other members, biggest smart butt on the whole forum. I know I'd be curious if I were to be nominated.

Nomination criteria - Be in good standing on the site and drive a F-150. There ya go!

Allow me to elaborate -- I think you'll see a couple of names that you've seen before on the site and then you'll see one or two that you've probably never seen on the site. The criteria and selection procedure was similar to darts but, I think everyone will concur that they are great looking trucks that certainly could represent the honor of being TOTM.
