Post found out why my o/d light was flashing

Took it in and had it scanned for codes. Only one came up. P1783- transmission over temperature condition. Now to find out why it is overheating.

Question

You just had the tranny flushed recently didn't you? Unless I'm confusing you with someone else. If so......hmmmm. First step in troubleshooting is to determine what has changed since it last worked fine. Check what they did, fluid level, fluid type.

Just a thought.
