Cool tranny grinds in second gear........

heres my dilima, the trany in my 95F150 is slowly becoming toast. (i have a 300+hp 302 sitting in front of it)hehehehehe
I understand that ford made two differnt trannys for the trucks, the mazda M50D R2, and the ZF S5-42

my truck has the mazda POS in it, and was wondering witch tranny of the two is going to stand up better to street racing abuse?
anyone make synco packs that will last longer?

also, can i use a clutch out of the superduty trucks?

its fun to whip up on mustangs in a brick
