Another Vibration Question

I notice alot of vibration problems on this forum and I have one as well but it seems to be the same only different as the others. Mine starts to vibrate at @55MPH and decreases til about 70MPH I have had the tires balanced and rotated with no help. The different part is my vibration is really bad when I am doing 70MPH and then let off the throttle. So under decceleration is where the problem seems to be originating. It is a fast vibration so I am thinking its in the drivetrain and not the tires or wheels. The truck is a 99 4X4 ORP Supercab XLT with a 4.6., Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a vibration at 59-60 MPH. It happens if Im on the gas or off. I've changed the u-joints and gressed the yoke, but cant find the actual problem!
