Clutch replacement

How much of a pain is it to do the clutch in a 4.6 4x4 ford?

Major thing i keep looking at is it says to pull the torsion bars out. Is a special tool needed for this? I figure a puller but the ones i have just dont look like they are going to work. I can do the work it is just getting into this truck for the first time.

On a side note what are you guys getting out of your clutches i got 99k and it is still holding :O
