I was drive tonight and when i stopped at a red light my truck just shut off. It started up with no prob but when i put in drive it shut off again and the engine light came on and the battery light also. all the electricals are working fine so i dont think it had to do with the battery at all. i finally got the truck pulled over and look to see if anything was leaking and when i switch to any gear it would shut off. I tried it once more and now its working with no probs at all. Anyone have an idea what it could be? This may have nothing to do with the tranny, but maybe someone thats had a simular prob can tell me whats wrong. Ill go ahead and mention i had a new tranny put in about a month ago, but have not had any noticable prob.
