Changing fluids

I am going to change the Transfer case, front and rear differental fuilds. I tried doing a search on the board to see what is rec. using but no such luck. Can someone tell what is best to use and what weight? Or maybe have a link for it. thanks Justin

Also, it is a 98 f150 with 5.4 orp.
