Hard shifting 99

Do all Ford transmission's shift hard and vibrate in 3 to 4th. gear.
Mine also vibrates at 64 mph not 65 or 63.
My truck when it shifts from 3 to 4th. always vibrated from the time I took it off the show room floor,and I brought it back many times.I got to tell you I will not be buying a Ford truck again.If Toyoto Tundras were out in 1999 when I purchased this I would be driving one now.Ford make a good looking truck but in my opinion will not last the warranty.They have alot of work to do.
