AODE died- swap or rebuild

My daily driver (95GT) tranny went south Friday. I'm needing opinions on rebuild current, upgrade current (Lentech Street Terminator), or swap (T-5).

Also how the heck do you get a turn on the upper right bellhousing bolt (passenger side)? This is the only thing holding me up from dropping it.

I can get a wrench or socket on it but have NO clearance to move.
I need to remove the filler tube but it is connected by bracket to the same bolt.
