Angry New transmission

I took my truck in for service on Friday with 19,300 miles on her.
First the dealer called me back to say I needed front brakes for $180.00. Then he called me back again, to tell me he order a tranmission for my truck because I have complained about a clunk sound for all most two years. It had a transmission service a month ago with a lot of metal in the pan. To top off this whole ordeal, when I went to pick her up some SOB put a big dent in my door. I went through the roof and I got the service guy and his manager to look it over, and they said they would fix it so I left it.
They gave me a free rental and when I pick it up in six days I'll have the new transmission and the door fixed. Maybe I can get them to detail it to?. What a mess!!!!!
