Auto Overdrive Clunk after FQR Change

I Change tranny fluid and filter every 30k @ 75k had a FQR replacement since then when driving in the 40-50 mph range on a unlevel road i get very pronounced u joint double and triple clunks with the overdrive in and must take it out of OD took to ford 3 times and they say they can't get it to do it and there is nothing wrong. this problem didn't do this until the FQR change.
Now @ 90k with 100k warranty with 99 5.4l 150 4x4 Auto
Is this normal OD Glitch
Any help is welcome

I'm experiencing the same symptoms after a transmission fluid FQR (filter) change at about 80K. I've noticed that I can't disable the AOD. Have you figured your problem out yet?
