2005 f150 screw transmission lines

I need some advise is there an easy way to get the transmission lines off at the transmission. do i need to remove the heat shields to get to it. any help would be nice

I always remove the passenger side 02 sensor and remove the exhaust heat shield, it opens up a lot of room for access to the cooler lines on the case.
