2003 f150 tranny swap. 2L1P-FA to a 1L3P-JA

Hi all. Need some help here. We swapped out a 4r70W tranny on a 2003 f150 4X4. The old one is 2L1P-FA. The new/used one is 1L3P-JA. According to the chart https://gyazo.com/76cabdfdc6c0eb4664a9128d9b31a8a2 these should be interchangeable.
The problem. The speedo doesn't work now and the odometer quits working after the first shift. The O/D light flashes so we retrieved the code. it's for the ABS speed sensor. We changed it out and speedo still won't work. Ford garage here says the tranny is older and is wrong. That the other tranny has another connector. They are wrong and it doesn't. Tranny's appear identical. We also changed the shifter position sensor with the old one. Still won't work. Any insight to this problem would be greatly appreciated!!
Cheers,
Len

I cant remember the code. However, it looks like the output speed sensor on the trans is the problem. I didn't know there was one there and actually thought it was a temp sensor :-(
We had to order it and i will post an update if this fixes the issue.
Cheers,
Len
