1995 F150 vibration in shifter and clutch pedal

Hey guys. I have a 1995 f150 300 i6 5 spd. Whenever I get above 60 mph, I start to feel a vibration in my shifter and clutch pedal. Its not like the clutch is constantly shaking, i feel it in the pedal when i push the clutch in and start to feel resistance in the clutch. When I push the clutch in all the way the vibration remains in the shifter, but not the pedal. If I take it out of gear, and put it into neutral, the vibration remains in both the shifter and clutch, until it falls below 60 and the vibration goes away. Nothing else vibrates, not the steering wheel, cab etc, only vibrates in the shifter and clutch pedal. My u joints in my driveline are all tight and my drive shaft is not damaged.I am at a standstill with this one, Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks!
