whining noise 2005 f150

I have noticed when I start slowing down on like an off ramp 50mph and under I here a bearring type whining noise.... I thought it was the rear end, so I rebuilt the entire rear end and wheel bearrings. Its still there. I have noticed that the rear output shaft on my transmission moves a little if I give in a wiggle from side to side.
Anyone know if this whining is common for a 2005 f150 xl with a 4.6 in it?
I have heard something about a #9 berring?
also what model transmission do I have?

I think a little looseness at the output shaft is normal. I noticed that on an old Mustang i used to have and a transmission shop told me it was ok.
