Truck wont downshift when you give it gas. Shifts gears fine but wont down shift. Will shift down into 2nd if you put the shifter into 2, but not when you press on the gas. Just replaced the tps sensor also.

 

Just one thread per subject allowed, so had to remove the other thread. Just causes too much confusion for those trying to help. If you don't get responses here, PM me and I can move the thread.

Any EEC trouble codes?

 

It's showing codes 122 and 565

 

Also it's like there's no power until it reaches 2000rpm. Very, very slow acceleration until 2000 rpms. This just started recently

Your new TPS is defective, incorrect part, misadjusted (if it's adjustable), or you have a wiring issue.
