Exclamation New clutch LOUD noise

I recently installed a new clutch, pressure plate, slave cylinder, and flywheel in my 98 4.2L. Now when the clutch is engaged at low rpm it sounds like metal rattling. I thought it might be a loose heat shield but it's not the issue. It sounds like it's coming from the front of the transmission. I replaced the pilot bearing but I think it may be faulty. Any ideas before I tear this thing apart again?

Transmission input bearing would be my first guess.

It didn't make the noise before the new components were installed then it was immediately. We also put new u joints in it. I'm wondering beings we didn't mark the drive shaft if we might have put it in backwards and it be the issue?
