2013 5.0 transmission shift issue

2013 5.0 transmission shift issue
transmission seems to not up shift or down shift particularly in below 20 degree F temperature. Anyone else having this issue?

2013 should be on powertrain warranty, have you seen the dealer yet?

As glc mentioned, it might be time to get your dealership involved. How many miles are on your truck?
